All work
A support desk that gives every customer issue an owner
A ticketing system where customers open tickets and the team tracks each issue — with notes and status — from creation to resolution.

The challenge
When support requests arrive through scattered channels, issues get lost, answered twice, or forgotten. Nobody can say which problems are open or what has already been tried.
The system
A full-stack support desk built on React, Node.js and MongoDB. Customers register, submit structured tickets, and follow progress; the team adds notes and closes issues when they're resolved.
What I built
- Customer registration and login
- Structured ticket creation: customer, product and issue description
- Ticket list and detail views with status (new → closed)
- Notes on each ticket, timestamped and attributed
- REST API and MongoDB data model behind it
How it works
- 1SubmitA customer opens a ticket with product and issue details.
- 2StoreThe API validates it and stores it in MongoDB with status "new".
- 3WorkThe team reviews the ticket and adds notes as it progresses.
- 4CloseOnce resolved, the ticket is closed and its history is kept.

Technologies
- Frontend
- ReactBootstrap
- Backend
- Node.jsExpressMongoDB
Outcome
- Every issue is visible, owned and traceable — nothing lives only in an inbox.
- Structured ticket data is exactly what AI support needs next: classification, suggested replies and routing can be layered on top.
